Dayvejohnson on the Markets

No Sells. Adding BRL. Longer term ETF and Stock Picks.

I will be adding BRL to the swing portfolio tomorrow. Everything right now is firing on all cylinders in the market. All of the trends within different timeframes look strong and this bodes well going forward. But we are overbought here and a pullback will happen. As I ease into this market I will want to buy the oversold conditions that will occur. Not chasing. Looking for good companies on controlled pullbacks, adding a bit at a time. Also the past seasonal tendencies of September raises a bit of caution as well. Will we be higher a month from now? I'd say it's about a 50/50 shot. So I will trade with that in mind.

A couple companies I will be looking to add to the longer term individual stock trend portfolio are CDWC and MTW. Keeping in mind that trend type systems typically only win about one third of the time. I will dump my losers and look to catch some longer rides with the good ones especially if the market gets hot.
